All rooms and suites are equipped with a minibar. These are fully stocked upon arrival. Please log your consumption under “Minibar” on the tablet provided.

The value of any included services not used (such as breakfast, dinner or use of the panoramaSpa) will not be refunded.

There are free parking spaces around our hotel. Our spaHaus has an underground car park, where you are welcome to reserve a parking space for €20.00 per day.

Room prices are per person, per night, including breakfast.

Package prices are per person, for the full stay.

All prices are quoted in euros, including the statutory VAT of 7% for overnight stays and 19% for other services.

A single-occupancy surcharge applies when a double room is used by one person.

Over public holidays, New Year's Eve and Fastnacht (Carnival), short-stay rates generally apply.

derWaldfrieden naturparkhotel has the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellation is free of charge up to 15 days before arrival.
• From 14 days before arrival, 40% of the room rate alone will be charged.
• From 7 days before arrival, 80% of the room rate alone will be charged.
• In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival, no-show, or early departure, 100% of the room rate alone will be charged.

• No cancellation costs will apply if an additional participant or an alternative date is provided — this only applies with written confirmation.

All rooms and suites are equipped with a wellness bag containing a bathrobe / sauna towels / slippers, which you may borrow for the duration of your stay.

Children's bathrobes are gladly provided on request, subject to availability. Children's bathing shoes are not available.

Our buildings are equipped with free Wi-Fi. We place great importance on especially gentle technology when it comes to signal emission. If you are sensitive to this, please let us know.

You are welcome to pay your hotel bill in cash, by debit or credit card (VISA or Mastercard). You may, of course, also pay the amount in advance by bank transfer.

Your room is cleaned daily. We care about the environment and would like to give you the chance to help us a little in this regard. In your room, you will find a sign to hang on the door, letting us know that you would like to forgo room cleaning on a particular day. If the sign is hung by 12.00 pm, the room will not be cleaned that day. This helps us save resources.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee specific room numbers, floors or orientation. All rooms are shown schematically and not to scale. Differences in room layout and furnishing are possible.
